We decided to go with a crushable bill (soft bill, but not too soft) like our Crushable Adventure Hats and Roaring Plains Camper.  100% Cotton Corduroy, with a 100% polyester wicking sweatband, and forehead liner. Also a lightweight nylon strap and clasp on the back. *** Color may vary slightly from the photos.

Loved it but band broke

I loved the color and fit, but I only got to wear it once as the snap broke after one day's wear through the airport.

I'm very sorry! That definitely shouldn't happen. We'll shoot you over an email and get a replacement out as well. Once again I'm sorry about this.
