We decided to go with a crushable bill (soft bill, but not too soft) like our Crushable Adventure Hats and Roaring Plains Camper. 100% Cotton Corduroy, with a 100% polyester wicking sweatband, and forehead liner. I received the hat and loved it, wore it twice before noticing the back started to fray. I sent in a message to see if I could exchange it and I got a prompt to review in response. Once I get a proper response this is a 5/5 hat
