I really wanted to love this hat

I really wanted to love this hat. Unfortunately, the fit and quality just weren’t the best. Then, I had to pay for postage to return. I do understand McClumsy is a small company, but it’s a definite bummer to lose money on the purchase.

Thank you very much for giving us a shot! Sizing and fit can be tricky with so many different head shapes and sizes, which is exactly why we’ve started offering multiple sizes in different styles.
I stand by the quality of our hats and—while I’m definitely biased as the owner and designer—I truly believe we’ve created a great product.
Regarding return shipping on refunds: we’re a small, self-funded, bootstrapped business (just me and two others—one full-time, one part-time). To keep our pricing as low and fair as possible, one of the trade-offs is that we aren’t able to cover return shipping costs.

I’m putting 4 stars cause I don’t know if I just didn’t read well enough but thought it would be a crushable bill and it’s normal bill for a hat. Other wise this hat is great I love everything I get from here!
