I got got by an Instagram ad. The patern is cool and it reminds me of a friend who hunts Morels. I didn't read any and just bought one. Come to find out it is a soft crushable bill. I was disappointed at first because it was not what I expected. I wore it anyway. IT IS MY FAVORITE HAT!....at least for now. I also ordered the multicolor version a week later.

I love camp hats, but my head is usually too big for most, usually they end up looking like i am wearing a toddler’s hat. The XL hat fits so comfy and has so much room left, looks like a normal har for my totally normal head… i swear! The design is really comforting on the eyes, the construction is top notch, best i’ve experienced, and the bendable brim makes this THE MOST PACKABLE HAT! I am wearing it right now and if I wear any if the fitted hats, new era hats, other camp hats, when i get home, i change to and put on this hat, it is so much softer and lighter than the other 60 hats i have! Coming back for more! Got my eye on that purple mashable hat!
Paid about $45 for the hat including shipping. Got the hat after about a week, strap immediately broke by pretty much touching it. I contacted them, they got back to me quickly, assure me that they would rectify it immediately, waited a week and nothing. I email them again and they apologize and again assure me that they will take care of it.. I haven't heard anything more and its been almost 2 weeks.
We definitely dropped the ball on your replacement, and we’re really sorry for the delay. Your follow-up email came through on Saturday morning over Memorial Day weekend, and with shipping services closed through the holiday, we weren’t able to send it out immediately. We did also respond on Saturday to that email as well.
That said, we take full responsibility — your replacement is going out via expedited shipping on Tuesday, May 27. Thanks for your patience, and again, we apologize for the inconvenience.
